Oh yeah, I forgot all about DeviantArt for a couple of years... hard to believe the site's been around 12 years (and I've been a member 9 years :p). My Simpsons site also celebrated 11 years earlier this year, where does time go? Not much else is up... work's crazy right now, so it feels good to stop doing crap and take the time to do some relaxing photo stuff. I had been wanting to go on a little photoshoot for a while now... when I heard about the Alight at Night thing at Upper Canada Village, I couldn't resist. I grabbed a quick supper after work, and my battery charger (my battery has been at 33% for the last month or so), and headed to Upper Canada Village, about 25mins away from my place. My D40 battery recharged while I drove, thanks to the sweet inverter I got at Canadian Tire (on sale for $10). I spent maybe ~2 hours walking around the site with my tripod, taking pictures. All in all, got ~120 pics, which I shot in RAW+JPG format for a change. This might have been a bit of a waste, since t

Well, I got tired of seeing old pictures (shot on my 35mm camera) in my gallery, so I moved almost all of them to a folder. Most of them were of very poor quality and grainy as heck, since I just scanned the 4"x6"'s on my cheap scanner. I might re-post them as higher-quality pictures if ever I find the time to locate the negatives, and get them scanned at the store or something... but that sounds like a lot of trouble. So I think that for now I'll just concentrate on uploading digital images! (And taking more pictures)
